How Top Open Up Clogged Scalp Pores With Herbs

Do you have a “scalp problem like acne, dandruff, folliculitis or just itching and flaking - or maybe your hair isn't growing as you would like?” If so, then you are not alone. Sebum plugs are one of the most common scalp problems that people suffer from. They can be an embarrassing and unsightly issue for many people, but they don’t need to be! In this blog post we will discuss how to get rid of sebum plugs on your scalp for good!

Sebum plugs are little clumps of oil and dead skin cells that form in your hair follicles. Usually they aren’t a serious problem, however if left untreated for long periods of time the sebum can harden into what is known as “keratinous cysts.” These cysts tend to feel like lumps or bumps on the scalp (hence their name), which most people do not enjoy having! If you have small children then these keratinous cysts may be particularly worrisome because it could potentially affect healthy skull development in infants and toddlers whose skulls haven’t fully formed yet .

There are some pretty simple ways that you can treat this embarrassing issue though! Herbs such as thyme, sage and even minerals like zinc pca can break down the stubborn clumps of hardened sebum or yellow dandruff and help to return your scalp back to its natural state. Herbal remedies are also really great because they have a long history of being used as effective treatments for all kinds of ailments and conditions, including this one!

If you want something that is completely naturally derived then there’s always the option to try oils such as tea tree oil or rosemary oil which again can dissolve clumps of sebum plugs. You can even use things like aspirin if you don't mind putting it on your head - just crush up two aspirins in some water until dissolved and apply it onto the affected area (you'll need something that's wet so be sure not to dry anything with a towel afterwards). The salicylic from the aspirin will soak, however removing the scalp buildup inside the hair follicle with Shampoo Cleansers like Zincplex are much more effective.

There are some really strong and powerful Herbal Shampoo Follicle Cleansers on the market these days that you can get from your local health store or online. Herbs such as Rosemary, Thyme, Sage and Chamomile are all fantastic for removing toxins in both a physical form which also contains oils to dissolve sebum plugs (keyword being "also").

If you have not yet tried using Herbal Tea Tree Oil - we highly recommend it! It’s extremely potent but if used sparingly will work its magic overnight long with scalp buildup without damaging your hair nor stripping any natural oils away (which is what shampoo does). These efficacious herbs naturally contain antibacterial properties so they're great at keeping germs. Remember that fungus, bacteria and yeast can all combine inside the follicle and cause problems such as scalp acne, seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, scalp psoriasis, and sebum plugs. Herbs like Fenugreek (keyword), Thyme Vulgaris and Sage are all great at killing fungus which is so helpful for acne sufferers!

Tea Tree Oil can also be used to treat scalp issues such as stubborn scalp pimples as it kills germs but we don't recommend using this oil alone because the intense smell will linger in your hair. Herbal tea tree oil products on the market often have additional ingredients that help balance out its potency with a nice fragrance as well! The best way to use these herbs is by making an herbal infusion or tincture yourself - you'll see how simple it really is (water + chopped up herb). After letting them soak overnight strain away any bits of folliculitis and more.

Scalp Scrubs can also help with the clogged hair follicles by using slight abrasion to open the follicles and pores. This is great for getting rid of excess sebum plugs including in skin areas such as the face, chest and neck or even the back which many people can suffer from acne.
